If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we suggest you call customer care on +356 2122 5147 (shop opening hours) at your earliest convenience.

If there is a quality issue with the products purchased we will collect the goods and refund the full amount to the credit/debit card used at time of purchase.

If you wish to exchange or return the goods for any other reason you may do so at our Valletta outlet within 15 days. Please bring your receipt and the credit card used for the transaction and ask for the shop manager. In case of a refund we will credit the credit/debit card used for the original transaction. We regret that perishable goods cannot be returned.
